After a chain store made my engagement ring crooked, my fiance and I brought it to Nick T Arnold’s. I could not be happier with the experience. We were helped and greeted right away. Every employee was extremely supportive and helpful. They listened to our concerns and took action. The jeweler fixed my ring within an hour. We will absolutely be coming back and recommending them to our family/friends. Thank you Nick T Arnold’s for saving our ring!!

I have only used this store since the early 60's. Great people, l over the whole family. Started with a clock bought while pop was still alive. Came to know Albert and Judy and they were such kind and loving people. I even babysat for their daughter Candy. Needless to say I use no other jewelry shop. The Arnold's will always have my business. If you want personal service this is the only place to go.

Had my grandfather clock repaired today 8-22-24. They were very profession, polite and did a great job repairing my beautiful clock. I purchased this clock from Nick t arnold December 1994. I have never regretted that purchase. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job always . Thank you Nick T Arnold!!!!

They fixed a necklace and earrings. I took my Nanas wedding band and engagement ring in and they fixed beautifully. I by all my jewelry here and they are awesome I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I\'m disabled, have difficulty shopping in this era of Covid-19. Emily, Becky, & Blake are Awesome sales associates. I called from the car, & they know immediate details & will even bring purchases to you! The gift wrapping by Becky was utterly perfect, & a gift itself. They are warm, courteous, know their jewelry & fixes, plus help with finding budget-conscious gifts. They went out of their way to help me find an arthritic-capable clasp for a uniquely beautiful blue topaz necklace for my dear veteran friend who was wounded in Afghanistan combat, causing stiff joints. She\'ll be able to easily put on her new birthday gift. I can\'t wait till she sees it. Thank you to NTA! I wish everyone conducted business as they do.
